What’s the status of my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been placed and once your order has been shipped.

Can I make changes to my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been processed in our shipping system, we may be able to modify your shipping address or cancel the order for you.

If your order has already been processed for shipment or is already in transit, we, unfortunately, are not able to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free domestic shipping for standard orders that are $29+ to destinations within the United States.

For expedited shipping options or international destinations, shipping costs will vary depending on the carrier, shipping method, destination and weight of the package.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally, to select countries.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer expedited shipping to anywhere in the United States. Please upgrade your shipping when checking out. If you select expedited shipping you can expect your package within 2-3 days once it has been shipped.

How long does processing and shipping take?

All orders will take 1-2 business days to process and ship from our warehouse, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US nationally observed holidays.

How do I track my package?

Please check your email inbox for your shipping confirmation email (1-2 business days after your order has been placed), which will include your tracking information. All information on the status of your package will be available on the carrier’s website.

Please note, carriers will sometimes take 24-48 hours to update their online tracking information. If your tracking information has not been updated after 48 hours, please reach out to our Support Team at

Can you overnight my glasses?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer overnight shipping.

What do I do if my package was damaged?

We are sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. Please contact our support team at with your Order ID# and a photo of your damaged packaged and they will be more than happy to assist you with your damaged package.

What’s your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All our sunglasses accessories have a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.

How do I set up a return or exchange?

Please contact us at with your Order ID# within 30 days of purchase so we can start the process of return or exchange. 


Can I modify my order?

We are unable to make modifications to existing orders at this time. Please email us at and we will do everything we can to assist you further.

How do I track my order?

After your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within 24-48 hours.

How do I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order IF it hasn't been processed out yet. Please contact us at with he subject line "CANCEL" + your order # (i.e. CANCEL Order #1234) and we will look into the status of the order and assist you accordingly.

If your order has already been processed to ship, we will be unable to cancel your order. But do not worry! You are more than welcome to return the package to us within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. When the package arrives, please either reject the package or mark the unopened package as "Return to Sender" and drop it off at a local post office. This will return the package back to us free of charge.
