RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. All our products have a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at help@eveeeyewear.com within 30 days from the date of your purchase with your Order ID # and reason you want to return to initiate a return authorization. 

If you receive a damaged item, please email help@eveeeyewear.com with your order number, full name, and an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
